"We have been calling Better Air NW for furnace maintenance for a few years, and this year we also did duct cleaning with them. Their technicians are always very thorough, professional, and friendly - and their prices competitive. I was super happy with the duct cleaning, not only they walked me through the process and were super flexible in accommodating some logistics with my pets, but they also gave very honest assessments on what was needed and what wasn't for the condition of my home, ducts and furnace.  "Our experience with Better Air NW has been top notch. We used them for a furnace maintenance a year ago and their price as well as services delivered were great. After last summer's heat wave we needed AC and contacted Better Air NW. Scheduling the quote was the longest wait (make sure you do in off season ;)) but after Matt came out they were able to provide a competitive quote and would be able to install the AC in the next month. Since our furnace was also really old and inefficient we decided to upgrade that at the same time as well. Matt was super knowledgable and helped talk us through our options. They offer many options to fit every budget, which we appreciated. Jake and Brandon were our installers and also did a really good job; not only were they efficient, but they were super knowledgeable about the process. They were able to finish the job in two days, as expected, and matched the price quoted. We did have one hiccup with the electrical contractor they hired for t-stat wiring but Better Air NW went above and beyond to rectify. The team at Better Air was always responsive. Thanks so much and we will definitely use for all our future heating and cooling needs!"

"Adam and Chris came to my house today. I have had my experiences with them in my previous 1969 years old property and they did so well and so clean so I decided to call them again. Office communications was clear and welcoming. Adam came to my house and said that my vents look clean and I do not have to spend my money on cleaning it and not charging me anything even the guys showed up on time for me.
